The Northwest has long been known as a prolific breeding ground for popular music and extraordinary musicians.  We are fortunate to live in a community that fosters the arts and recognizes its significance.  NPACF is proud to launch our own homegrown music festival, an annual event that will showcase the creative talents of local young artists.

Panda Conspiracy has its roots in Bothell and have continually built on their national presence and international appeal.  Although deeply rooted in reggae and rock, The Pandas have created a sound all their own, crafting independent records with a perpetual forward motion.

The Staxx Brothers, from Mill Creek, have a very distinct and genuine sound that mixes blues, country, soul, and classic rock and sends them through a filter of hip-hop rhymes and vocals.

The Trolls Cottage unique sound has been defined in many ways – from semi- acoustic rock with conscious lyrics and danceable beats to Best Reggae Album category in the semi-finals of the 2002 Grammy Awards.
